As lead designers for Beefeater, we were challenged with the task of re-inventing the restaurant concept to emphasise the heritage of the brand and its British roots. Materials are honest and natural, and the design has a sense of humour, with quirky artwork and bold colour. We have now completed over 100 restaurants, with the concept rolling out nationwide, across the existing and expanding estate.
