This statement is in accordance with the section 54 (1), part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and related to actions & activities for the financial year ending 2023.

SEA are committed to doing business in an ethical and sustainable way. We will not tolerate any form of human rights abuse in any part of our business.

Our Structure

SEA are owned by a single Managing Director supported by Directors & shareholders. SEA has been operating since 1992.

Our Supply Chain

SEA sources from a diverse supply chain to adhere to each client’s requirements. SEA does not source or provide any products, services, or engage with foreign migrant workers from countries deemed as ‘high risk’ for human trafficking and slavery.

SEA are committed to ensuring, to the best of our abilities, that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment to operating in an environmentally, economically & socially responsible manner.

Our Suppliers

We have a zero tolerance to slavery & human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain & contractors to comply with our values.

SEA employ professional staff, carrying out detailed checks prior their appointment. To ensure that human trafficking and slavery does not exist within our business.
